  1. The citizens of Lee County should demand an immediate resignation of any elected official tied to or responsible for the signage negative to Herb Hinks. It is not only stupid but beyond idiotic. Herb served this community well as past Chairman and will add the common sense so lacking for the last 2 years. VOTE HERB HINKS.

  2. I’m not sure I understand the problem here…. By my understanding, Mr. Thomas until Oct 25 to notify the BOE. The notification actually occurred on either Oct 13 or 24 (it wasn’t clear from the story in the Herald). But either way, he met the deadline.

    What’s the problem here?

  3. The problem is Thomas claims he did not sign the sheet now (in today’s Herald). He says the signature is not his, and he did not purchase the sign.
    With makes the whole thing perjury, a felony.
