Sanford Ward 2 Council Forum, Parts I and II
October 22, 2007
Today we’ve posted the Sanford City Council Ward 2 forum from Oct. 15’s event sponsored by The Herald and Sanford Business and Professional Women.
The Ward 2 seat is currently held by incumbent Dan Harrington, who’s facing challenger Charles Taylor for the position that covers much of Sanford’s Historic District and points north, west and northwest of downtown.
Enjoy … you can access the other forums by clicking on the links at the top right of my blog. The final forum — Ward 5 race between Earl Barker, Linwood Mann and Ervin Fox (who wasn’t present) — will be posted online tomorrow. Also watch for the Q&A of the Ward 5 race in Tuesday’s Herald.

AFTER SEEING THE STAGE PRODUCTION OF ANNIE AT THE TEMPLE THEATER WITH MY WIFE AND A FRIEND I HAVE FORMED AN OPINION. YEP ANYONE WHO IS AGAINST FUNDING FOR SUCH SPLENDID WONDERS LIKE THE TEMPLE THEATER HAS TO BE LET’S SAY “UNAMERICAN!”
OUR FINE ARTS AND OTHER DOWNTOWN ATTRACTIONS BRING A FLAVOR TO OUR FINE CITY THAT CANNOT BE DUPLICATED ANYWHERE ELSE! IT GIVES AN UPLIFTING SPIRIT TO ALL.
WHAT A TREASURE! HOW CAN ANYONE BE AGAINST IT EXCEPT PERHAPS OUR INFAMOUS CHRISTMAS CHARACTER SCROOGE…..
